My oldest dd is graduating from 8th grade next month and I have her gift taken care of but I cannot come up with any ideas for her friends. I'm trying to think of something for about $10 that I could get for several of her friends. Many of them are having parties so dd will need to bring a small gift. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

At this age I would say a cool gift to get them would be either a mall gift card (that can be used at any store in the mall) or one of those prepaid credit cards (I have never bought one so don't know if there is a minimum dollar amount on these). Or you could get GC for movie theater since they will have free summer time.

How about a T-shirt from the highschool they are going to - those are always a hit!

I am thinking that perhaps a disposable camera for each of the friends to "capture the memries" might also be nice. I am thinking of doing that with my 8th grade students.....if I can find a good deal somewhere
