What do you wear to work out??

Okay...I am hoping this doesn't come across as inappropriate for this group. I have recently started working out and am really enjoying it. However, I am looking for advice on what to wear that is comfortable, easy to move in and provides appropriate coverage of....my nipples. There...I said it. I have been blessed with ones that always seem to be "at attention". I don't want to wear my regular formed cup bra as it's uncomfortable for working out, and those built-in-bra tank tops are supportive but "the girls" are still obvious. I don't really feel comfortable approaching someone at the gym about it...that would be a fun conversation. Would a sports bra work?? Those still seem pretty thin. Am I being overly self-conscious? Should I just not worry about it?? I'd appreciate any advice, and I apologize if I've offended anyone.

I have the same problem. I have little ones and they always seem to be "perky" doesn't matter if it is cold or not. I just wear 2 sports bras one my normal size and one a size bigger to go over the smaller one. I coordinate them so they match or the colors are a cute combination. Or I wear a sports bra with a tank top over it.

I wear Hind brand sports bras. They have molded cups which prevent any show through and make a much better shape than the uni-boob smoosh effect in many sports bras. They are also very supportive and the best part is that some of then come in actual bra sizes as opposed to SMLXL which is very useful for those of us that arent uniform (I'd a 32D or 34D which is a small band and an XL cup so stretch sports bras are a disaster on me so these are GREAT!)

Activa has some of the ones i like

hey, welcome to the club LOL I wear the champion sports bra (at Target) and a champion spandex tank with a built in shelf bra. They double bra keeps my nipples in check and keeps the girls in one place. Comfy and easy to wash

I follow the advice of a friend, "Eh, don't worry about it. Everyone has nipples, so if some perv finds it arousing, that's his problem." LOL!
