Fashion Spinoff: What stores do you shop at the most

I like Nordstrom, and Neimans the best but they are hard on the wallet. Macys is decent here but has a lot of frumpy clothing too. I also love the Lilly Pullitzer store but that is $$$ as well.

I will buy the occasional piece at places like Forever21 if i know it's going out of style by next year H&M is nicer and I just bought serveral things there actually.

I usuually like Limited and VS.

I also like to browse TJMaxx and Marshalls for deals and also for stuff everyone doesnt have (I feel like if I buy stuff at the major clothings chains I see myself coming and going 10 times a day)

I will also shop on Ebay if I've bought the brand before and am pretty sure of my size.

I'm not much of an old Navy Fan or Gap and lately find JCrew very overpriced. I used to like Kohls but have found that there clothes are getting less and less fashionable at the one near me.

I like Target, Old Navy and Bealls for my "mom" wear.

I like Dillards, J.c.Penney and Parisians for "mygoingtochurchoroutwithDH" wear.

You know jacksonville is so big and we have 6-7 legit malls, they all just seem to carry the same stores!!

The stores I shop at online are Macys, Bluefly.com, Dillards, Victoria Secret

The B&M stores are Macys, Dilliards, Belk, Tj maxx, Gap and The Buckle and Victoria Secret

There maybe a few more but that's all I can think of right now

OK how bad is this??
GOODWILL!!! I love the one by my house. I have gotten Escada jackets there and Nine west shoes for 0.99 cents!! My entire work wardrobe is from there. I used to have 2 dresses. I now have 22 and didnt pay more then 2.00 for any one of them!!
Plus I have made some serious money on e bay with them. VINTAGE!!
If I need or want something new, its fashion bug for me because of the sales.
What can I say?? I am cheap!!

Nothing cheap about it sista! I'm with ya! It's not cheap...it's smart. I have a neighbor who was bragging that she paid not less than $200 for her jeans. I was going to say, uh, what kind of jeans do you wear? I know, I know...of course, probably True Religion or 7 For All Mankind...but guess what? I've gotten those at thrift...and have spent a heck of a lot less! Just this week I got some Eitenne Aigner shoes for $2.00 that are brand new to wear with my black linen Anne Klein jacket that cost me a mere $3.50! I have such a ball, find unique stuff, and look like I spent a million bucks. Other than that, stores I like to shop in are Bebe, Charlotte Russe, Black House White Market, Kohls, and JC Penneys (I love Bisou Bisou). ~Lisa

I had posted thrift store earlier today and then deleted because I was so embarrassed to admit it. Okay, now I'll post it. I also will only buy good brand names there and have made some mighty fine deals by doing this. We live in a well-to-do area. Nice clothing goes straight to thrift!

The only store I really still like is jcpenneys for clothes the last two times I bought my kids clothes at younkers & kohls they fell apart after one wash I mean the stiching actually came undone I did actually take them back to kohls to & complain. Right now I would say its either pennies or a garage sale for me these other stores like I said kohls, sears old navy & them just are not making things like they used to.

My store I look first is The Gap. The jeans fit me the best. I also got my first pair of Lucky jeans from DS who got a job in the outlet, and they fit me good. I also like NY $ Co.,

I will buy things elsewhere though. Occassionally Target, and sweat clothes at BJ's when I see them. Not that picky with those things.

Shopping is pretty limited here, and I usually wind up in JCPenney. I have found some shirts at Target. DD buys her jeans at Ross. DS asked me to take him to GoodWill last year. We're not very picky, as long as it's a quality piece of clothing, and the price is right, we'll buy it anywhere. Not to mention, sewing our own stuff. YOu can't get more unique than THAT!!!

I go to VS when they have something free, like the panties or perfume, but, overall, I think their stuff is overpriced, and it's all in the marketing. JMTCW.

I tend to stick with Sears and Penney's, sometimes Old Navy. Used to love the Limited, but since we've been in Texas I haven't seen one.....I bought my first new clothes in years a couple of months ago, because my DH's commander told me I didn't represent him or myself well enough.....was always clean, foundation hair in ponytail, usually with ball cap, and what I think were cute capris(several different colors) and t's. I thought I looked I should, considering I have a 6 kids, one who has special needs and I'm always on the go...but that's a whole different story

Cheap and freecycle, we dont use under things from there but regular clothes, I have 4 sons and they go through clothes a lot the other day a very nice lady gave my oldest a garbage bag full of clothes mostly Gap, old Navy and name brands like that. son loves them. He's teased a lot in school cause he doesnt have a cell phone, and doesnt have an Ipod, and doesnt have the name brand clothes that are the IN thing he goes through that and I only send him to school cause I want him to learn not be the fashion statement .

oh and his hair, the dr's put an electrode thing on his head as he was being born which caused a cowlick, he has the options of really long hair or short short hair, finally I talked him into a buzz type cut which he wasnt really wanting but now he gets that style everytime cause the kids cant tease him about his hair and the girls like feeling his fuzzy head
