We have had earthlink for years, and now that embarq has taking over we have had to switch over our email acct. Well it supposed to automatically forward our contacts, and any email still mailed to the old addy till Oct. Well I'm not getting my mail....I get one or two emails a day, but we usually get 10-20. I'm not getting any of the mail that used to go to our suspect email folder, I have adjusted spam setting and everything....don't know what to do. Anybody dealing with this?

My FIL is FUMING about this! He lost all of his drafts, which they said he wouldn't? I have to switch eventually, but am sort of waiting it out, maybe they'll fix the glitches. I haven't received the email about it yet which is strange?

Is this for all of earthlink or just certain areas? I have earthlink and havent heard anything about it.

Sell crazy some place else, we are all stocked up here.

I don't know if it's for all areas for certain, but I think it is, They are gradually forcing the turnovers all to be done by October.......if this happens for you, make sure you save any emails, drafts and contacts you have, because they did not transfer like they said, and in the process of installing their new stuff, it will delete the old.....
