End of year party ideas

Okay guys I am looking for ideas for games or activities that my daughters frst grade class can do instead of the old movie stand by. They are getting tired of movies. I am open to any ideas. I need them ASAP as the last day of school is tomorrow. I know kind of short notice, but the teacher just told us today that the kids are all getting really sick of movies. I guess they have basically been watching a movie a day for the last two days. So, any help or ideas you guys have would be great.

TIA,
Amanda

We are bringing pizza in for lunch and a little after that they are walking to get ice-cream at Baskin-Robbins, but the morning needs to be filled and about an hour in the afternoon.

*Nature walk (if there are back streets near the school that arent too busy)
*Make your own kites, decorate them, and then fly them
*Field day of different outdoor games

MAdLibs are great fun for kids.....lots of giggling ensues when blanks filled in.
Charades can be fun for kids or even a "Win, Lose, or Draw" type of game.
"Hangman"

Both of these are basically free (they can draw on the whiteboards or chalkboards--whichever is available)
For some printable madlib sheets you can try this site:

Mad Libs, Mad Lib Worksheets

or just do a google search for other sites or word games (such as mazes, crosswords) that the kids might also enjoy in a nice air-conditioned room.

Have fun!
