CaddyLisa, what a wonderful post you did. I lost a brother in August and one 4 years ago, not from the war but they both served in the Army. I don't remimber a lot of either of their service. I do remimber how moved I was with the flag on their coffin, the taps being played, the folding of the flag and the handing of our flag to the family. I was so proud of them both for enlisting in the service and doing what our country asked of them. They both served during vietnam. Now I am once again proud that my nephew (son of brother that died 4 years ago) joined the Marines in March. He joined for the love he has for our country, just like his dad and Uncle did in the 70's. I thank all who have or will put on their uniforms. God bless you. P.S. Zak, Your aunt Carmen loves you and so proud of you. Your dad would be so prould. |

I am grateful for the honor and service all our servicemen have given for our freedoms. I recognize the sacrifices they have made, personally and professionally, to follow their hearts. I offer my condolences to the families and loved ones of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice of giving their life for the cause in which they believe.
