I enjoyed it but it was very long! Despite some of the negative reviews I thought it was good!

Very long movie........especially for kids. I have to say that I had a hard time following the storyline. Could have been my mood, but for me, not as entertaining as the first two Pirates.

I heard that this is the last one. Has anyone else heard that too?

DId not see it myself, but DH, DD and DS did. DH said it was not great but was entertaining. 17yroDD said it was okay but conofusing. DS said it was..."EH"....not great, not bad...wouldn't sit through it again. DH loved first two, but did say he hoped this one was the last.

My son and I saw it Saturday. I thought it was pretty good. I thought they left it open for another movie. If you do go see it, be sure to sit ALL the way through the credits. There is a little something after the credits you won't want to miss!!!

DH, my two DS's and I went to see it last night. The other posters are totally on the mark when they say it's LOOOOOOOONG and confusing. We were rather disappointed since we loved the first two Pirates movies.

IMO, Johnny Depp, Keith Richards and Chow Yun Fat are the movie's only redeeming qualities.

I saw it Friday night. It was pretty good though I agree with the long part and the somewhat confusing part. If you're not in the mood to keep track of stuff and pay attention, it's not the best choice. The first one is still my favorite.

I don't think I'll take the kids, they would NEVER be able to sit there for that long! Yikes! We'll have to wait for a rainy day when it comes out on DVD.

We went Friday night, and had no idea it would be that long. I too, found it a bit difficult to follow. A friend and I were discussing it today, and she was telling me how it ties into the first movie.

I didn't stay for the credits, either......can someone PM me what happened ??

I watched it with DH & DS this afternoon. It was long and about what I expected. DH and I have been anxious to see Keith Richards in this Pirate and we were not disappointed.

Let me tell you what cracked me up after the movie. On the way home DH asked me "who is the actor who played Will Turner." I said "Orlando Bloom" and he replied "I can never remember who he is because he doesn't have distinctive features." He was absolutly serious! I told him that he was dead wrong on that obervation.
