Things that make you say, "HUH???"

This might be a challenge (!) but maybe it will be easy for some of you to add to a list of things that make you say, "Huh???"???

Here's mine...

I have often noticed that when milk is on sale at the store, the majority of people will buy the gallon jug at $2.49 vs. the half-gallon jugs at $1.00.

I don't know if they realize that the better buy is the half gallon. I honestly don't get it!

I have often noticed that there can be 8 or more cars waiting in line at the drive through at Dunkin Donuts, but if you walk in, you're the only one at the counter!

Huh? How convenient is it to wait in a line and let your car eat gas at these prices? Better to park your car (even if you leave it on) and run in - you'll still be out before they wait on the 2nd of the 8 cars...

The only thing I can think of is if they have a credit card there. Some people have a gas card and they only use that particular place's gas. Dh once had a company issued gas card. It was only for BP, no place else.

Some people would pay more rather than wait in a line (not me, )
so if there are lines that may be one reason.

I go through the drive thru when I have the kids with me. They are 8, 6 and 2. It is too much work to unload them, deal with their constant fighting, load them back up. It takes me LESS time to go throught he drive thru then deal with all that.

People that want to steal shoes to smell them ICK

Police: Man Stole 1,500 Pairs of Shoes
By Associated Press

WAUKESHA, Wis. - Police seized more than 1,500 pairs of girls' shoes from the home and storage unit of a man arrested for breaking into a high school, police said Tuesday. "He liked to smell them," said Lt. William H. Graham.

Police said the recovered shoes may be related to the burglaries of three Waukesha public high schools and a middle school over the past two years.

The 27-year-old Kenosha man, who was not identified because had yet to be formally charged, worked for a cable company and collected keys to the schools as he responded to calls, Graham said. The same man was convicted in 2005 for stealing shoes from Kenosha Tremper High School.

Police arrested him after a security video showed him entering North High School on May 20 and leaving with some items, authorities said.

Officers searched the man's home and a rented storage unit on Thursday, recovering the shoes along with school yearbooks, keys, a bolt cutter and other items.

The man was expected to be charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Tuesday, Capt. Mike Babe said.

Not sure it's "Huh?", but definitely "Hmmm..." and definitely puts the fear in me that our country is going to hell in a handbasket as far as education is concerned....

People/cashiers who can't make change! Handing an extra penny throws them for a complete loop.

Shooting someone over packets of sauce

Wendy's Manager Shot Over Chili Sauce
By Associated Press
Tue May 29, 10:34 PM

MIAMI - A manager at a fast-food restaurant was shot several times in the arm early Tuesday trying to protect the chili sauce, authorities said.

A man in the Wendy's drive-through argued with an employee because he wanted more of the condiment, police said. The worker told the customer that restaurant policy prohibited a customer from getting more than three packets.

The man insisted on 10, reports said. The employee complied, but police said the customer wanted even more.

The manager came out to speak to the man, said Miami-Dade police spokesman Mary Walter. The customer then shot the manager, who was taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.

The customer fled in his vehicle with a female passenger, authorities said.
