Sitting outside while some of the kids swim, and I wanted to share my silly, easy ways to save myself aggravation during the summer.
The best thing I ever did was buy an extra deck box and fill it with all the pool towels. After they are used, we hang them to dry, and back in the box they go. I wash them once a week, and obviously if any look dirty, they go in when needed. Not having a house full of wet towels every single day is fabulous.
The other simple thing I did was to buy a small blue bucket (about 12") from JoAnn's. I wrote "Bathing Suits" in permanent marker, drew some summer pix on it and stuck it in the kids' bathroom. They throw their wet suits in there instead of hanging them all over the bathroom, and they are rinsed and hung at night.
I am sure some of you have some great ideas! Please share, since I can use all the help I can get!
