Stressing! Don't remember feeling like this!

I'm getting married in 11 days, and I'm starting to get stressed...and nervous. I am even getting excited and giddy! Not so cute when you're 49, I guess. LOL! Anyway, I was married in 1979, I have an incredible son, and two wonderful grandchildren. My ex-husband (or training husband) and I were married for 23 years. And...now, I'm getting married again. (I'm not going into the details of my first marriage because it's a little depressing and many of you "old timers" know the story!) ANYWAY, do you remember (it wasn't so long ago for some of you) feeling like this? My stomach is jumpy, I am having a hard time concentrating on one thing...etc. I plan on doing a few things at church this week and with the grandkids to get my mind off of things. I think I have just about everything done...I THINK! HA! It's a little harder doing it this time around--Mom and Dad aren't around to pay for it, and I don't have my complete mind anymore. LOl! --Marilou

Nice to know you can still feel giddy at 49! I have not been married twice, but I think it's normal to feel a little nervous. You're older, wiser, more mature, and know what you're doing. Congrats!

Congrats! Why shouldn't you feel giddy?? Enjoy yourself, remember how quickly the day goes that you have been planning for months.

My dh locked his keys in the car when it was running just days before we go married.
