I was diagnosed with uterine cancer and had a radical hysterectomy end of March. I want to get a perm is it ok to do so now?

it should be ok by now. they MAY want to do a clarifying treatment beforehand, but in my opinion, it shouldn't be necessary now, since it's been a little while now.
The main concern with surgerys is the anethesia. it does wierd things to the hair.
But honestly, you should be fine!
