Webkins anybody?

I need a gift for my best friend's daughters and they live in Florida. I live in NY and see these are advertised like crazy here, like another Beanie Craze. Anybody here of them? Kids have them? Which ones are "hot"?

She said she's never heard of them, but that the girls would love them, as they are always wanting to play on the computer now.

What is hot here is any Webkin you can get your hands on. In Mass they are sold out as soon as they come in.

Ditto that. Except change 'Mass' to 'Mass'

Tough to find, unless you're at the right place, right time.

Which one? ANY one.

All my dd's friends have these, and I have been avoiding them...if I buy them for oldest dd then younger two will want them too, and that's just not in our budget with summer plans. As far as I can tell any and all are popular

They are just in the last few weeks becoming easier to find. For awhile, everyone was sold out and didn't know when they would get their shipments, but now I'm seeing them everywhere.

Both my boys have them. My youngest is 4 and he's almost too young for the web site, but my oldest (he's 7) helps him and they both enjoy it. My youngest likes to 'buy' things for his (he has the Littlekins frog). My oldest has the dalmation and the tree frog.

I keep calling them on-line Beanie Babies, mostly because I worked at a Hallmark store during the height of the Beanie Baby frenzy and it was just crazy, but I did have a lot of good (crazy) stories to tell.

Thanks guys..yes, I remember the beanie frenzy..gosh we have sooo many..I remember falling into the Nomination bracelet thing too. I have one of those and I still think it's cute. There's always got to be some sort of toy that parent's can't get their hands on..but all the kids MUST HAVE... LOL
