They were going to have a segment on some shoes today.
They said they were going to tell if they really were good for your feet.
Any one know what brand it was?

I think they said it is hard to find them. I missed the segment.

I caught the tail end of the show, one of the hosts was wearing a pair. They were red and white, and supposed to give your legs and glutes a workout. One of the places she said you can get them is Bath and Body Works, they run around $40. They were like a sandal flip flop kind of thing.

I think that is what you are talking about.

Didn't look at these...but I think the old wood-bottom Dr. Scholls sandal made the same claim for working out the legs....or is my old brain remembering that wrong?

Nope, you are right....I have a pair of Dr. Scholl's. It's supposed to tone your legs cuz as you walk, your toes grab that little hump. I wear them a lot but my legs are far from toned!

I got myself and mom the red......I usually got boring colors that can match lots of things, but really liked the red....the other I got myself was the plain tan......I can always wear then for the 4th
