Looking for Computer Program - Personal Dietician

I’m looking for a computer program to help me on my weight loss/healthy eating journey..
I’d like to do the following:
1. Choose foods/ingredients that I like from a list it has of foods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meats, etc,)
2. Choose dietary preferences/restrictions (example: low fat, low carbs, low sugar, etc.)
3. Have a database of recipes using the foods that I chose and the dietary restrictions I chose
4. Have it give me some sample menus from the recipes I chose.

Is there such a program, or something similar?

Thanks!

Although I don't know of one program that does all that, here are two sites I use.

NutritionData.com NutritionData's Nutrition Facts Calorie Counter

Recipezaar: Where the World's Recipes Are click on section "by Diet"

I like Master Cook computer program because I can take recipes that my family already loves and put the ingredients for the recipe into the program and then rework it (ie ingredients, serving size, fat grams, calories, etc.) based on the nutrition information.

It is easier then any of the online ones that do similar -- I think.

I print out the recipe once it is 'perfected' and add it to my 3-hole recipe binder.

You can see the one that I personally use at: Amazon.com: MasterCook Deluxe 9.0: Software

Also adding... this program does all of the things that you mention in the first post.

So was I!!!
And I agree - it's a great site.

I do like that software program that Cuthie mentioned. It sounds like it would be perfect for OP.
