I like Master Cook computer program because I can take recipes that my family already loves and put the ingredients for the recipe into the program and then rework it (ie ingredients, serving size, fat grams, calories, etc.) based on the nutrition information. It is easier then any of the online ones that do similar -- I think. I print out the recipe once it is 'perfected' and add it to my 3-hole recipe binder.
