I was just realizing that we're about at the halfway point of this year! I remember lots of posts that inspired me early on in the year - many of us were looking at doing better with financial stuff (saving more, spending less, etc), and some of us were looking at healthier living.

WOndering how any of you are doing?? I'd love updates!!

Also thinking it's time for me to go into "recharge" mode myself - I have to get back to working on my stuff, so that I am not ending the year painfully asking myself "so - at what point did I really abandon for good my resolutions of 2007?"

For those of you who were happy to forget the resolutions, SORRY!!! (me now running for cover)

I said I wanted to loose weight but with stress from work and other issues going on it was short-lived so here it is june and I am going to attempt trying again

I lost about 35lbs then gained 5 back in May (lots going on in the past month) last week or so I'm back on track and the scale is going back down...really dont care if I'm ever get down to a size 6 (or even an 8) I'll be happy staying in the sz 10 I am in now But in order to stay that sz I have to be pretty careful....Just one month of eating out and not being careful caused a 5lbs gain!!

I wanted to get into better shape and now walk 2 miles a day. I also wanted to pay off our debt and have went from $4,000 to under $2,000. I also wanted to save money to go to Alaska for Christmas and will be purchasing the tickets in about 2 months. I am very proud of myself this year.
