| Looking for a small business owner Does anyone know how to find a small business owner, online for free, other than going FOIA? In our state you can look for a corporation, but must know the corp's name. You can't search by address. I have been searching but can't find it anywhere. I would appreciate ANY help.

You mean you know the name of the business, but,, want to know who exactly owns it??? Do I have that right??

Like I stated if I knew the corporation name I could find it, but he has a different corp name, than the last one. I can get it from FOIA but I'd like to be anonymous on line, instead of going into city hall.
