Meet The Cast Of 'Big Brother 8'
Big Brother 8 Debuts July 5th at 8:00 p.m. on CBS4


(CBS4) NEW YORK "Big Brother 8" debuts in just one week, and we have your first look at this summer's houseguests, who are all vying for the half-million dollar prize.

It wouldn't be "Big Brother" without a special "twist" to keep the contestants on their toes.

And this season's twist literally "rivals" all the others because some of the men and women in the house are sworn enemies, real-life rivals, but the specifics won’t be revealed until the “Big Brother” premiere.

Here’s a cast list:

Amber, 27, from Las Vegas, a Caesar’s palace cocktail waitress
Nick, 25, from Kimball, Minn., a single former pro football player
Jen, 23, from Beverly Hills, California, a bikini model
Dick, 44, from Los Angeles, a single bar manager
Jessica, 21, from Haysville, Kan., a single college student
Joe, 23, from Chicago, a single receptionist
Kail, 37, a married business owner from McKenzie Bridge, Ore
Jameka, 28, from Waldorf, Md., a single school counselor
Eric, 27, from New York, a single talent management assistant
Zach, 30, from Tallahassee, Fla., a single graphic designer who went to Florida State University.
Daniele, 20, from Huntington Beach, California, a single waitress who works at Hooters
Mike, 26, from Three Lakes, Wis., a single painting contractor
Dustin, 22, from Chicago, a single shoe salesman

CBS is also making the show more interactive this year. More details on that during the show’s season premiere which takes place July 5th at 8:00 p.m. on CBS4.

Oh good lord, more TWISTS? How about back to the original format of the show...an experience to find out how people will survive when their basic needs are limited and all outside stimulation is taken away. Personally I would have loved to have seen Dr Will only able to take a 5 minute shower and then try to shave his body hair with cold water and no shaving creme.

I wish they had different people on it like they use to. now there all about the same age and all single.

I miss Dr. Will and Boogie, and would give my left leg to see them in it again this season.

the 41 yo guy seems like a wanna be Tommy Lee.

Okay...so the little video says that there will be 14 people, the list and video showcase 13. Please, if there is a God tell me that #14 is DR WILL!

Oh...and who thinks that the 2 guys from Chicago so know each other? Which one stole the other's boyfriend??
