Thanks, I'm trying to see if I can see specifically WHO got authorization for a payment. I made a c/c pament over the phone, and it got deducted from my chkg. acct, but, never applied to my insurance policy, and no one in the office wants to have the gahonas to 'fess up aobut it. I'll be making an inperson visit to my (soon to be EX)agent next week.

I am going through that with Comcast right now. I have a confirmation# from them, payment is posted against my check card and then I get a late notice. They can not seem to track the payment with the freaking confirmation# they gave me. So if they have conf# and can not use them...why have them? |
