Anyone use a refillable Shell gas card? I have a shell station opening right down the road from me. I live in a city where crime is so bad sometimes they put a swipe thing in gas pumps and we have always went to sams club for gas but do not want to renew our membership since their milk prices are higher than other places now. So I was thinking of getting a refillable shell gas card. Do any of you use these? I'm thinking it would be safer than a credit card. Opinions please.

The refillable cards are just like cash....to me it's less safe to have one of those because anyone can use it. Not that using stolen a credit cards is hard either....lol. But at least a credit/debit card you can stop the usage on pretty quickly.

I was just thinking Id rather be out the 40.00 or 50.00 on it then possible hundreds on a credit car.

I've bought them before and used them. They are very handy to use. Only problem is that you have to use that same kind of station, for example, Shell. Depending on where I need to buy gas, I will sometimes have to use different stations. If you are using the same place though, it would be very handy.
