what kind off music are your kids listening to?

do you get bother by what they are listenning to? do you ban some type of music?

my 5 year old just ask me to upload some songs to her FP3,she started to sing one of them: you know, mom the one that goes :we will we will rock you? and the train one.
ok,now it has nothing to do with thomas the train, but rather Ozzy osbourne crazy train.
she doesn;t know the first nursery rhyme.I didn;t know any english one,and Dh ,well is not much of a singer( except in the shower )...

my 13 year old listens to punk rock, heavy metal....she also introduced me to all american reject, papa roach, green day ,hinders etc.....
my 10 year old loves ZZ top ,billy idol ,and led zeppelin.....

the only thing that I banned from the house: Rap,I can't understand a word of it...

DS1 (17) - classic rock all the way, also blues....
DS2 (13) - in his words, older hip-hop and rap

Neither listens to much in the way popular music, it's very strange.

My kids are big John Denver Fans besides having a fondness for Opera, Big Band, Classical, and lots of 50's , 60's and 70's Early Beatles, British Groups kind of music. I can't forget Peter, Paul and Mary who we all had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with when they performed here at our performing arts center. We were invited to the after concert party and Paul Stookey couldn't get over how gracious and polite the kids were. He had a lot of fun talking to them for quite a while and the kids adore him.
Mary Travers and Peter Yarrow were a bit harder to converse with but I still can't forget the grand time we had with Paul Stookey.
