Hubby and myself are looking into getting a Bowflex, we have gotten the free video and looked at the specs online. Now we are justing looking for non-bias feedback? Tell me if you liked it,love it or is it taking up your dining room collecting dust! Did it work???? Thanks in advance

Too bad you are not closer to Massachusetts, I'd sell you ours for a good price. It is a very expensive clothes hanger in our house. 4 months, every day, did not see much results.

If you lived in Virginia a few years ago, I would have sold you mine~! What a complete waste of good money for a clothes rack!! Really, my DH was so excited to get it and he and my sons worked out on it for probably about a month. Then it started slacking off. Then they'd do it again for a week or a day. Then we started putting stuff on it, hanging clothes on it and it ended up in the basement collecting dust. We sold it a couple of years ago for $800.

Also there were several recalls on it and ours was involved. Some of the bars were actually breaking and hurting people. They'd send us the items to replace. It's just like anything else, the ads make it look wonderful and easy and you're supposed to get six-pack abs in a couple of months for only 15 minutes a day.

IMO, just get you a weight bench and improvise. Save your money for something you can really use!!

It all depends on your level of commitment. My boyfriend had one that he used for 10 years. He just recently upgraded to the biggest one they make....and he loves it.
