I need to do something special for my daughter, any ideas?

DS just went to a week long science camp and poor DD didn't get to do anything this summer by herself. I feel like I should do something special for her, something girly? I know Walmart does manicures and pedicures (at least at mine), but do they do kids?

Or do you have a better idea? Tomorrow is the last day of camp and the last girls day for the summer. We did go to lunch on Wednesday, so I was hoping for something more fun for her to do? She's only 4 btw.

do you have a libby lous? I dont have any girls that age to take there. But 2 of my neighbors girls love going there. They are always asking to go. They do thier make up and play dress up I am not exactly sure what all they do. I have passed by it in the mall. I heard it is a little pricey.

The Walmart in my area does manicures and pedicures for kids. I've taken my girls, they were 6 and 8 at the time. She would probably enjoy going and having her nails painted, picking out the polish herself.
Maybe you could even style her hair very special before going out, giving her a tiara to wear or letting her wear a special outfit and then getting her nails painted.

I'm sure she will enjoy the time with you regardless of what you do! So have fun and enjoy mommy/daughter time!

Libby Lu is the best! check out their website: Club Libby Lu -- we love them! Justice Just for Girls has a less-exciting but still cool makeover also...Justice just for girls!

I don't think the prices are so bad...Libby Lu gives you a choice of 3 different packages -- prices are approx $25-$35...they get the makeover, 5 pick-a-mix accessories, and then add ons depending on what pkg you get. It really is fun tho!

I'll second this idea! We usually do a movie. But if she's been extra special good, we'll go to the mall with her one and only build a bear and I'll let her pick out a new outfit for her bear. She LOVES that. My DD is 6, but we've been doing this since she was 5.

Just the time spent will mean more than anything to her! Have fun whatever you do!

My ds son went to camp for a week as well, and my dd and I went to the pool a couple of times. Then the highlight of the week was lunch and going to see Ratatouille.
