Boy... what a mess. I just can't believe this girl.

She was arrested early this morning (July 24) for drunk driving. Breathalyzer showed .12... legal limit in CA is .08. She had cocaine in her pocket. She is out on $25,000 bail.

I think it is a FELONY to drive on a suspended license in CA. That will mean jail time... Yes, a repeat of Paris.

To think that she has so much going for her and she throws it away for what? She already gets enough attention as it is. Maybe not from her mother but from her adoring fans (of which I am not one!).

I just hope and pray for better for my own children. I'm here for them!

I totally agree!! I think she wants the attention Paris got. I'm so sick of hearing this on the news this morning. It's like there's nothing else going on in the world but this. Fox News was really bad about it this morning and I e-mailed them and told them that this was not breaking news, not a news alert and that everytime they mentioned it I was turning the channel!!! And that's what I did!!

Maybe if everybody ignores these spoiled little brats, they'll just go away!!

Probably very true but it is a vicious cycle... the paps make money off of the photos, the *girls* keep on acting badly... something in me thinks that they enjoy the negative attention.

I haven't turned on the TV yet today. The article was on my MSN homepage -- media saturation.

It just shocked and amazed me that she could be so stupid.

She was chasing the mother of one of her personal assistants who had recently quit. I don't know a whole lot about addition other than that you have to want to help yoursefl. She's not there yet. I also heard on the news that maybe it was her reps that encouraged her to go to rehab so if her heart wasn't in it, it would have just been for publicity. She's definitely a mess you needs help.

they didnt mention if she was wearing the alcohol detection band she was suppose to wear after the last episode either so she probably took it off

How sad. She never had a chance, in my opinion - her mother is as addicted to fame as she is. How do you stay down to earth and in touch with healthy living when your own mother is Dina Lohan?

No hope. This girl needs help.

The most pathetic thing is hearing that Dina has her own show, where she refers to herself as the "momager." What a sad opportunist. If she were a REAL mom, she'd cancel her show to go work on her REAL job/priority - being a true mom, and getting Lindsay the help she really needs.

I have three little girls. I will encourage them to have a role model OUTSIDE of the entertainment industry. There is nobody in Hollywood for any young girl to look up to that I can see. If there are 2 or 3 that haven't made a MAJOR bad decision yet, then it's probably about to happen. I don't believe that a kid can grow up with any morals still in tact in the entertainment industry these days. It's proving impossible every time we read "the news."

I just saw yesterday that she is still wearing an ankle bracelet with monitor. They did point out that she had placed a bandage under it and that the readings might not register correctly.

Now we know why!

the mom sure isn't very likable, is she? i watched something for about 5 minutes with her, some entertainment type show..she babbled about how her kids want to be actors/stars..said she was living the dream trying to make them all stars, ok she is divorced, the ex husband was in prison, lindsey is on drugs and in rehab, but, mom is trying to get a reality show for her other kids so they can be celebrities too. i hope the others dont turn out like this. i sure was disgusted by the mom. i also remember pictures of lindsey out drinking with her mom way way before she turned 21 so seems both her parents have major problems -

Lindsy was the only one out of these new celebs I ever cared for I thought she was so talented at such a young age maybe jail is the best place for her it maybe the wake up call to reality she needs. Before her or someone else gets killed.

What I cannont understand is how these people who can afford personal assistants & all of that cant hire a driver??

She has a substance abuse problem; there is no logic to be found in her choices. Her judgment is impaired and her brain is damaged.

How a mother would enable a child for her own shot at "fame" is beyond me and sickening....

She needs to spend some time in jail just like every other non-wealthy person would be doing if they had been arrested as much as she has. Who would be out walking the streets if they didn't have money? She's way out of control and needs to be stopped before she kills herself or some poor, innocent person out on the road. ~Lisa
