What's up this weekend for you? I could use some good ideas!

Well I had a wonderful date planned with DH but I think now we are just going to stay home and watch movies as a family. Close the door and leave the world on the other side.

Yard work, house work, painting. I'm hoping to get DH to caulk the gutters. The excitement just doesn't stop around here. Oh, wait, forgot to add.....vacuum the pool.

Oh, date night. That sounds fun......I always think of Amy on Everybody loves Raymond, and how she was so excited about "Fondue Date Night". I have a fondue pot....I think we'll do family date night, with Monopoly and some Fondue, thanks for sharing Addison.

Doing the right thing isn't always the same as doing the easy thing.

My DH and I went out to lunch because I am really stressed. A quite meal with him always helps!

I have a show (Seussical, the Musical) opening next weekend so I am getting ready for that the rest of the weekend.

Just got back from Primm, NV where we saw Joe Walsh in concert. Spent most of the day Friday meandering there and most of the day today meandering home.
The concert was great.

It seems very quiet here this weekend, so must be that everyone is off doing exciting things. Hopefully, we'll hear about it when they get back. I could use some new ideas.....this work, eat, sleep, repeat cycle is for the birds.

We just got back from a week at Myrtle Beach on Friday so our weekend was spent cleaning out the car, unpacking, and washing a heaping mound of clothes. How exciting is that!

We ended up going up to West Virginia to see Scott's brother and his wife. We really like them, so we all just hung out all weekend. We played cards, and the kids played outside and swam most of the weekend. I'm not usually a last minute kind of girl like that, but it was nice to be around family.
