Question Yard sale on a Sunday???

What do you think?

Just didn't get our acts together to do it today, but tomorrow should be good to go both in terms of readiness and weather. I know Saturday is THE day, but do you think we could do OK on a sunny summer Sunday?

I'd stop and look. The worst thing that can happen would be no one stopping. At least then, you'd have everything priced and ready for next Saturday!

Now that's good thinking! DS2 is very motivated because all the proceeds are earmarked toward a flat screen TV.....

Go for it!
I have seen and stopped at quite a few Sunday yard sales.
Years ago I had yard sales on Sun and Mon because those were my only days off.
Good Luck!!!

Depends on the weather, it's too hot here for yard sales. I've seen several with little to no customers this weekend. The die hard resellers I don't think will be out and about on Sunday.

I agree it depends on where you live....its to hot to do anything here outside unless it involves water! Usually ppl around here are loyal to friday and saturday.

It wouldn't matter to me what day of the week it was. I have had garage sales on Sundays before and in most cases actually did better then on a Saturday. My thinking behind that was, for those who had to work on Saturday don't get a chance to go so Sunday works much better for them.

Good luck, I hope you get a good turn out.
