so I finally got to see an episode. Great tips , but anyone else get the vibe that the woman host is a bi*ch. Contantly putting down the people that have been put on the spot about their clothing and make up. Today she was on the show dressed in an outfit that made her look like a candy cane and she was laughing about a stay at home mom in a hoodie?? maybe I just don't get it.

I have seen this show a few times and I do think that she is sarcastically harsh. Last time I saw it, she had these two grey streaks in her hair. Reminds me of Morticia on the Adams Family, and looks even more devilish.

I like the show. She sorta Simon-esque LOL You love her or you hate her. I have days of both. I rarely get to see it anymore but I really like her reactions sometimes when she sees someone come out for the first time with hair/makeup and new clothes and it shocks her. She has some great expressions

I love her!!! She is great yes she is harsh but the point of the show is to shake them up. You can't get much harsher than what these women put on their bodies. I'm not saying you have to be high fashion all the time but there is a reason these women feel a million times better about themselves after Stacy and Clinton get done with them. Clinton is just as catty as she is. The gray streaks are always there she says she never has them colored over, just sometimes you can't see them b/c the way she wears her hair.

We watch this show also, and all 3 of us think it's great, even DH likes to watch this and he usually hates these type shows. I personally don't like people makeover shows or reality shows but for some reason I do really like this show. I like the show because they are dealing with a real everyday person and they are not doing plastic surgery, making them lose weight, dental work, etc. they are just dealing with the actual person just the way they are and the improvements are amazing sometimes.

SHUT UP! ( That's Stacy's catch phrase) I LOVE "What Not To Wear" and think Stacy and Clinton do a great service to the guests on the show . They boost their self-esteem by dressing people for their body type and give them a hairstyle & make-up that makes them look better and feel better about themselves. It would be great for someone to be honest with me and tell me if my clothes look bad ! And Snoodles, I'm with you, I'd jump at the chance to be on the show.....nothing like a little constructive criticism!

I enjoy the show also and both of the hosts. I think they are funny. What irks me sometimes are the people ON the show. I mean, you know what you are signing up for, quit pulling stuff out of the trash. Or what about that woman who nominated HERSELF and had the hair down to her a$$ and REFUSED to let Nick touch it!!! And when Carmindy did her make up she said she would never wear make up like that. I mean, there were tons of other people who nominated themselves and would have loved to have a makeover by Nick and Carmindy. She really ticked me off.
