I thought that Kathy Lee was supposed to be on the show today. That is what Regis said yesterday on the View. I wasn't home but watched host chat today and Anderson Cooper was on and nothing was said. Does anyone know the scoop. I kind of got the feeling when watchin the View yesterday that Regis isn't that thrilled about Kathy Lee coming on the show. He didn't want to talk about it and kept changing the subject. Interesting.....

No, she wasn't on today. I'm pretty sure it's next Friday that she will be on. I DVR'd Regis & Kelly along with the View and I haven't had time to watch them yet. I have to pay attention to Regis and see what's up.

From what I've heard Kathie Lee will be on Sept. 14. I love her, and I always thought her and Regis got along well. Maybe I was wrong? Anyways, I am looking forward to it. I hated it when she left the show, and with as much as I love the show, I get the feeling that Kelly tries a little too hard to be a vixen. Is it just me? Regardless of how many kids she has, or how much she talks about them, she seems to always be posing in a bikini, or pole dancing , or whatever. Is it just me???

I absolutely agree with Ballmom. She is always doing this "Come hither look". She just can't sit there and listen, she keeps squirming in the chair, and flexing her biceps. I remember when she first took on the show she was catching a lot of flack on how much time would be spent with the kids. She said that the show would only take one hour of her day and the rest of the time she could be a mom. She said she would have more time than when she was on All My Children. ..Now I just read an article saying she works so her family can be ok financially. Well, how OK do you need to be? She makes 8 million a year! I didn't know toys cost that much. I just think she is caught in the lifestyle now. She may be grounded but I think she has lost quite bit of what she used to have.

I thought Kelly was quite enjoyable in the beginning. Then she seemed to take a strange turn around the same time she dyed her hair blonde. I like blonde hair, but on her, it never looked right. Same goes for her personality - once it changed, it didn't sit right with me.

I also didn't like how obvious it is now when she would dislike a guest on the show. She does talk over guests, and interrupts them to change the topic. Clay Aiken actually brought it up. He was right. I had noticed it, too.

I must be alone in this, but I couldn't stand Kathie Lee when she was on. I like Kelly - she's the only reason I watch the show. I think Kelly is very down to earth when she talks about her kids and likable. I feel like I have a lot in common with her since she's a mom and two of her kids are the same age as mine. Of course at times she has to be over the top - I mean she IS an actress and really playing a role on the LIVE show.
