Got this from my friend. Sure is a new way of looking at chocolate.

Chocolate Calories

A good piece of chocolate has about 200 calories. As I enjoy two servings per night, and a few more on weekends, I consume 3,500 calories of chocolate in a week, which equals one pound of weight per week.

Therefore...

In the last 3 ½ years, I have had a chocolate caloric intake of about 180 pounds. I weigh only 165 pounds, so without chocolate,
I would have wasted away to nothing about three months ago!

I owe my life to chocolate

My local Kroger had a HUGE bin of candy on clearance 75 -90% off. Including chocolate. The items were fresh Most have been taste tested already by myself or a family membeer, and none of it was expired. I think they were just making room for Halloween Candy. I spent about $7 on Hot Tamales, Nestle Crunch Crisp (my new favorite candy bar) , Butterfinger Crisp, Junior Mints - well, you get the idea. I justified it by bagging up some of it to send to ds's school (yes they ask for donations of individually wrapped candy). Chocolate is quite a wonderful thing, IMHO.

It was NOT my logic. I got this email from a friend. I just thought it was funny.

I like the chewy types. Like starburst,swedish fish, laffytaffy,etc when I eat candy.

I saw a shirt yesterday that read "There is a thin woman inside me screaming to get out, but I keep her sedated with chocolate".

I NEED that t-shirt!

My Kroger candy was only marked down to 50% off but we bought about a dozen bags for Trick or Treat.
I told my DH to hide it but he didn't do a very good job as I came across it yesterday. So I have hidden the bag of Butterfingersfor my own use and he will have to hide the rest of it again and better!!!
