Allli Diet Pill

Hi Everyone

Has anyone tried the Alli Diet Pill?

I gave birth to my son 3 years ago and ever since then have been trying to loose a few pounds. I am not overweight, but, I would like to loose 10 pounds. I have just started to seriously start excercising and eat right (more veggies, chicken avoid fried foods etc). But, I heard that the Alli diet pill was for someone who needed a little extra help and it is the 1st diet pill approved by the FDA (not sure how good or bad that is)

I have never been one to take any so called "diet pills" I had heard some horror stories so I have always been a little nervous.

So if anyone has any experience with the Alli plan, any feedback is most appreciated!!

Thanks

I just remember the Phen Fen disaster - that was FDA approved, too .

I spoke to somebody who took Alli and we talked about the side effect "oily anal leakage" and she said it was more like a water fall. I don't think you want that for those 10 lbs you want to lose.

Alli is a little helper cause if you mess up it ravages your system. My cousin tried it, she was not impressed. She did not test by eating greasy stuff but she said she had leakage 3 days after she quit and she was not eating unhealthy. I don't know, seems like 10 pounds would be easier done by changing your diet and metabolism instead of investing $50 in pills that may or may not work for you.

I took Xenical a few years ago, which is the same thing as Alli. As long as you follow a low fat diet you will have no problems. I had absolutely no problems at all. I think, with me anyways, it just kindof reinforced that I had to eat "right" or pay the price.

I have been on Alli since it became available over the counter in June. I take two pills with supper and none the rest of the day--there is no fat in my breakfast banana or my fat free lunch yogurt! I eat a low fat diet normally but this blocks part of the fat that I do get. I have had no problems with loose stools. In fact, I am normally constipated and this medicine has helped with that problem. I have lost 4 pounds which is terrific as far as I am concerned. i give it two thumbs up!!
