McDonald's Iced Coffee.....YUCK!!!

I just was wondering if anyone else had tried these? I had vanilla so maybe it was just the flavor I had, but it was just so nasty........I guess being McDonald's I shouldn't have expected much better though.

I love the Vanilla Iced Coffee with Splenda instead of the sugar syrup they use.

Every Monday in August they gave away free iced coffee, and every Monday as soon as the kids were on the bus I was at McD's getting one!

Wow.. I really liked the Mickey D's Vanilla iced coffee. I just started drinking coffee a few months ago, only ice coffee. I have never bought from Starbucks or anything else, mine has always been home made. I was happy when I tried there ice coffee, so maybe it stinks compared to the coffee shops taste..I donno.

Ask for extra syrup and it is much better. My step dd works at a McDonalds and she is the one who had me try it with extra syrup... much much better.

I think the vanilla iced coffee is the best. It is a nice refreshing drink on a hot day but I probably won't be drinking them when the snow starts flying. My only problem is that the iced coffees are only offered in medium and large size. Sure wish it came in a smaller size. Does anyone know how many weight watcher points are in these drinks??

Is that prepared normally, or when it's mixed with splenda? I almost don't want to know the answer.

I work at McD's. One of the first things I looked at was the caloies in the flavorings. It is 90 calories a 1 oz squirt. So I haven't tried them. Our crew really likes them. Our maintence guy has one on break every day. So do some of the others. Coffee hurts my stomach so I thought OK I won't try this and get hooked on something with that many calories.

I couldn't stand the "burnt beans" taste of the new premium roasted coffee...with that said...I am totally in LOVE with the new iced coffee. Yea, I tried the "regular way" they make it and yes, it's NASTY but...add an extra shot of vanilla or hazelnut (the best) syrup and you got a great tasting iced coffee at an unbeatable price!
Because of the fat and calories, I only allow myself ONE per week.
I have a friend who gets it made with an extra shot of syrup AND an extra shot of simple sugar but that's TOO sweet for me.
I have another friend who gets it with 10 shots of cream...wow...talk about packing on the calories! At that point, there is no coffee taste whatsoever!

I wont try one simply because I dont drink many calories....LOL I'd rather have FOOD than a drink....Though I do like coffee (splenda and skim milk) sometimes I'll make my own iced coffee, you can get those syrups made with splenda not sugar I have a couple in the house for special drinks

Do you get them in the regular grocery store, or is it a specialty store thing? I'd love to get some of these!
