| anyone deal with hud homes?
dh and I just looked at one and are thinking about buying one. anyone have any advice or experience with hud?

Hi there - yes hubby & I found a HUD home when we were searching for a home to buy - so we contacted a real estate agent locally and after viewing the property inside & out and talking about it - we jumped in and placed a bid on it. And we won - so it was a great experience for us!! We got the home for $55,000 and it's now worth almost $120,000!!! So all in all a super great deal for us!!!
