Anyone do workouts off of TV programming?

I usually do my workouts from the basement TV (that way I don't shake the whole house upstairs )! Anyway, our DVD player down there went out over the weekend, so now I have nothing to play the workouts on. I figured I could find something on TV that I could TIVO, but couldn't really find anything. That being said though, I have no clue where to look either. So, I wondered if anyone uses a workout from TV programming that I could use until we get another DVD player down there. Right now I mainly do a light aerobics workout or I also like those Leslie Sansone walking videos.

Thanks for any help!
Becky

Yoga Today

Yoga Today has videos you can watch and do. Our cable has some exercise show but I've never watched it

I really enjoyed Denise Austin - I think she's still on Lifetime at 7:00 am - but I just downgraded our cable channels selection, and no longer get her. I'm bummed about it, but I'm saving about $40 per month.

Check it out if you can. I found her very positive and fun! Not the best at keeping count of reps, though...

Oooh---maybe that is what I have b een doing wrong all these years. I watch workout programs on tv over and over; only problem is I never seem to lose the weight or sweat much. So, now I'm getting a slight clue that I ACTUALLY HAVE TO JOIN IN THE EXERCISES to get the benefit; it that right??!!?? ;P Now I get it

Seriously, though, Denise Austin is one of my favorite to (sit back) and watch!
