What are my kids going to be for halloween? Hyper as Heck! LOL Actually my own kids probably won't dress up. They are all teens now and too cool for that. My granddaughter that lives with me will be Elmo if her Mommy comes through with what she said she was doing or a princess (I have a costume box) if she doesn't. Unfortunately I have to have a back up plan anytime my daughter is involved.

Kids too old? What?!? I trick-or-treated through high school lol

Not sure on my kids but I guess we better get thinking, our apartment complex is having some party mid-month, and my baby's birthday is 2 days before (and I want a costume pic when I get her pictures done). Almost bought her a whoopie cushion costume last year. Not that I took her out for it, only 2 days old lol

12 years ago as power rangers, this year... well college kids with no time for their parents. Time goes so quickly, when you are living it you have no idea.

Haley, my 3 1/2 year old granddaughter, told everyone that she wants to be "a big rat." They have told her that it would be better to be a princess or Snow White or blah, blah, blah. Yep...this Grandma ordered a Disney Ratatouille costume for her. It is SO cute, and she is thrilled! :-)

My oldest is going as a skeleton bride and my youngest a devil(fits her perfectly, lol). Maybe we should all post pictures after Halloween!

mdrpooh, I bet Haley is too cute as a "big rat", lol....gotta love that description. My kids told me this year that they didn't want to be something "cute", they wanted something scary or ugly???

My daughter is re-using a dance costume! I'm so excited! They did the song "Car Wash" for competition last year, so she has a baggy purple jumpsuit type thing with a lime green jersey-type shirt underneath. She's going to add a bucket, sponge & rag (the dance school kept the props) and she's set!

That should really put things into perspective for all of us. Thanks for chiming in.
