I have taken all of my girls thomas stuff away, and told everybody not to buy any of it for Christmas....There's nothing worse then having them get something only to discover they can't play with it.....one night the Thomas stuff just sort of disappeared

This is why my son has all plastic battery operated Thomas Toys...no paint and a lot cheaper than wood. Plus he likes watching them go around on their own, rather than pushing them.

Is this a problem if the kids don't put the toys in their mouths?
