My friend has a 4 year old daughter that has Asperger's.

We have been doing research on her going dairy free. She started Friday and is doing great!. She is answering the phone and carrying on an actual conversation. Identified me by name... (never happens)
They even said she is getting in trouble at dinner... normally just in her own zone.

So... I am hoping that if any of you have gone dairy-free that you might have a real Grocery LIST of foods that are child friendly.

She is doing this for a month and cutting back the wheat/gluten. Then gradually adjustiing to trying her completely gluten free.

If you could help us with this it would be great!!!!

Here is a link to a website that deals almost strictly with a gluten free diet which is manytimes followed with the Casein free diet, and deals with both....
