1st son I gained 100lbs toxemia and maybe too many cookies
2nd son I gained about 30lbs perfect pregnancy
3rd my daughter I only gained about 10lbs and was incredibly sick with her

Somehow I gained 48 pounds each of the 3 times!

They weren't carbon copy pregnancies, either - for the 1st one I gained slowly and ate all the "best odds" diet foods from the "What to Expect When You're Expecting"book, the 2nd one I gained very quickly, but then didn't gain in the last trimester, and the 3rd one was similar to the 1st one, without the use of the healthier food choices!

Weird.

No morning sickness, just healthy eating. My doctor asked DH if I was eating. DH laughs, rolls his eyes and assured him I was indeed eating.

About 25lbs with my son, I was sickest with him!
15lbs with daughter, was told to follow a 1200 calorie diet (dieting during pregnancy?!?).. I didn't follow it and lost weight at first and ended up 15lbs over where I started and after she was born I think I weighed less than when I got pregnant with my first lol
Probably 25lbs or so with the last one, had no morning sickness, probably gained a lot of it in the beginning because I was soooo hungry

First one I gained 30 pounds. She was 8 pounds 13 1/2 ounces, 5 days early.
Second one, 22 pounds. 9 pounds 5 ounces, 3 weeks early.
Third one, 19 pounds, but then lost 1, so 18 was the final total. She was 7 pounds 13 1/2 ounces and induced at 38 weeks. My dr was NOT happy with me not gaining any weight at the end and she about had a fit when I lost that 1 pound. She wanted to make sure I was actually eating. I was, but it was hard.

I was sick with #2, not throwing up, but feeling like I was going to all morning. With #3, I was sick from the time I woke up until I went to bed. I never vomited, but I felt like I was going to.........all the time. I was sick from 5 weeks until 14 weeks. Plus, I had to come off my headaches pills, so I had migraine like headaches constantly.

1st son...I gained 30 lbs.... Pre-preg weight was 76 lbs and weighed 106 before delivery. He was 2 weeks early. He weighed 5 lbs 6 oz

2nd son....I gained 30 lbs....Pre-preg weight was 86 lbs and weighed 116 before delivery. He was 8 weeks early. He weighed 5 lbs 11 oz

DD...... I gained 30 lbs....Pre-preg weight was 91 lbs and weighed 121 before delivery. She was 4 weeks late...yes, I said FOUR WEEKS LATE!!! She weighed 5 lbs 12 oz

UGHHH, I am having flashbacks, lol... I didnt enjoy pregnancy at all

1st DS I gained 80lbs. It is actually more though because I lost 15lbs the first 3 months. So if you count gaining back the 15 I lost at the beinging it would be 95lbs. YIKES!!! He was 8lbs 10oz at birth.

2nd DS I gained right at 30lbs. I'm not sure why I didn't gain more though because I was living on Big Macs. This one was 10lbs 5oz at birth.

I gained 20 lbs with all 3 of mine. I lost 20 lbs in the hospital with the first one. Those were the days when they kept you a week in the hospital when you had a C-section. My first one weighed 8 lbs. 11oz, then 10 lbs 5 oz and my dd was small at 7lbs 5oz.

Gained about 30 lbs with my twins. They were 6.9 and 6.37 lbs at birth, full term

I gained 68 lbs with DS who was 25.8 inches long and 9.6lbs...By the time I left the hospital I was down 31 lbs....and within 6 week the rest of the weight was gone. My sister thinks I had....oh I can't remember the name....but basically you carry water weight. Oh well, now if only ALL of 68 lbs would of stayed off

I gained 50+ with each of my 3 kiddies. I lost all the weight after a year & 1/2 w/ the 1st, then only lost 1/2 with the 2nd & lost nothing after the 3rd.
Needed weight loss surgery 10 months ago, when my 3rd was 6.
No more kiddies for me :0)

I gained 26 with dd #1 - she was 5 weeks early and weighed 4lbs, 15 1/2 oz.

I gained 14 with dd #2 - she was 2 1/2 weeks early & weighed 6 lbs 1/2 oz. I had gestational diabetes with her and had to follow a strict diet.

With my first child I went crazy - I went from 135 to 210!!!!!

My 2nd child I went from 160 to 189. For some reason I still have the 189...strange it's been 17yrs you'd think that weight would have come off by now!

DD1 gained 3lbs. (morning sickness, and other things landed me on bedrest) left hosiptal 7lbs less then pre pregnancy weight

DS1 gained 27lbs (10lb. baby, 3 weeks late) took me 6 weeks to lose all the weight

DS2 gained around 35lbs (was addiscted to Rolo's during the pregnancy) lost the weight in a couple of months

DS3 gained around 20 lbs. (had morning sickness again all 9 months, but was so darn hungry too) Lost all the weight plus an additional 8lbs. in about 3 months

DD2 gained 45lbs. (wasn't really hungry, wasn't less active, can't explain it!) lost all but 12lbs. before I got pregnant again

DD3 gained around 40 lbs (only trouble free, uneventful pregnancy) She is now 3, can't say I've lost all the weight yet.....guess it's been to long to blame on the baby weight anymore.....LOL!

dd1:i gained 17 lb.was yelled at by the nurses who kept telling me my baby would be smal ,and to eat more than a salad....dd was 8lb and 12 days overdue.lost all the weight right away(the good ol' days!!!)
ds: gained 21 lb.he was 9lb 3oz,shoulder dystocia, I lost a lot of blood,no c-section,and I am rather petite.lost teh weight in a bout 1 month.
dd2: gained 19lb.induced 1 week early.she 7lb11oz.
dh on teh other hand gained about 20ln each pregnancy,and he had all the pregnancy symptoms,cravings,need to go to the bathroom every 5mn.on the other hand,i always enjoy my pregnacies,never been sick....

can't wait to be pregnant again......

I think I actually left the hospital weighing less than when I found out I was pregnant!

I am way overweight to begin with and when I found out I was pregnant, I began walking and walked every day until my son was born, never missed a day. It was the heathiest 9 months of my entire life, I ate right and exercised because it was for someone besides just me. I left the hospital about 10 pounds lighter than when I was 9 months earlier.

With DD I gained about 10 pounds, I didn't walk as much, but didn't eat any more than my usual too much.

I lost 30 lbs with first dd, was a horrible relationship, my second dd lost 4,didnt gain, and my third dd I gained 3 lbs.
I was throwing up from the day I got pregnant until the day I delivered. My girls were healthy weights too.
1 dd was 7 lb 1 oz
2nd dd was 8 lbs 11 oz
3rd dd was 8 lbs 14 oz, so they must have been taking everything I was eating..and I did eat whatever and whenever I wanted

DS #1 - I gained about 35-40 lbs. At the high end of normal I am told. I lost all the weight within about 6-8 weeks. He weighed almost nine pounds.

DS #2 - So far I have only gained about 10 pounds. I'm in my fifth month This pregnancy has been much easier!

I refuse to say how much I gained! He's now a year old, and I think I weigh more now than when he was born!! The other day some dimwit actually asked me when I was due! I replied " A year ago"!

My dear friend gained almost 9 pounds with little Elden.
She couldn't have lost the extra weight without yoga & pilates.
