Almost ALL toys that are out there are made in China, have you noticed? It would be pretty much impossible to boycott Made in China stuff. Just about everything from dollar stores is imported from China. It's kind of freaky.

There really aren't many alternatives if your children are like mine. The toys they want are all from the big companies, almost all character-based (Littlest Pet Shop, for example), and all made in China. I sometimes get catalogues of expensive European toys and my girls have no interest in them.

So I'm just going to do my shopping and hope for the best. I'm staying away from magnetic toys though!

My girls want little pet shop too & yes I have noticed everything is made in china but my youngest is almost 4 so hoping no one puts them in thier mouths anymore like they did when they were younger I am gonna try to get them more clothes & stuff like that since they need more toys like I need a whole in my head but as far as my niece & nephew one is 1 1/2 the other is 3 months old I will probably give them books or clothes or blankets I dont want to buy them toys that could harm them
