I owned a flower shop for twenty years and that was one of the bad things...you never get flowers! I hope at least her employees made her something. What about a robe or slippers, some great magazines, a book, some grapes, a nice hand lotion?

tdejanette gave you some great suggestions. To add to what to get her how about some pretty pjs that would be easy to get in and out of (buttons or zips in the front)or a house coat/robe that zips in the front.
You can also rent some medical devices for her to make showering, and dressing easier. A shower seat will probably be very useful. You can also get her a someone to clean or cook for her until she gets on her feet.
Wishing your Aunt a speedy recovery!

ETA: Also you can get her a warm up suit...something comfortable in the event she will need to go to physical therapy. It is easy to get in and out of and comfortable for therapy and well as for company.

When my Grandma had her open heart surgery the things she liked best were some pretty socks that we used fabric paint on the bottom to grip, her slippers would often fall off while trying to get up and down, and this was easier for her, we all made a pair and they had little phrases and I love ya's on them. Also we bought her a really nice comfortable pillow....Comfort is an issue and most hospital pillows aren't so grand..... Maybe just bring her a favorite blanket or something. If she's a reader, bring her some books, large print work real well so if she has trouble getting comfortable with the book it can be farther away, magazines crossword puzzles, if she's into movies, a portable DVD player.....

I hope things go well.....

I vote for a pillow too. I've worked with Cardiology patients for 15 years. They use a pillow for coughing and for help getting up. A small one. Our hospital gives heart shaped pillows to the patients for this. Some of the patients have said the pillows are too hard. Also maybe a blanket from home would be nice too. Hope she has a quick recovery.
