Isn't it against the law to expose yourself in public? She has exposed herself at least 3 times now (that I am aware of). It is unfortunate that the paparazzi takes shots at her and don't give her an ounce of privacy but... What is wrong with her??? Why isn't she wearing underwear with her miniskirts????????

I think that Britney Spears is a skank. She craves the attention. She enjoys it. She could care less if people see her private parts.

Somehow she managed to get her weave-mess hair tied back and pick out a bright red bust-exposing satin mini-dress BUT she forgets her chonies (and arrives 5 hours late)... all in one day.

Conclusion, it's the paparazzi's fault that we know more than we ever wanted to know about B.

So now something to *think* about (sorry for the visual!), if it was KFed, or any male, exposing his privates, would we be excusing the paps? Hmmm..... I think he'd be in jail for 'indecent exposure'.

Well, he'd be in the same boat as she if he were wearing a kilt. She is not going around naked or purposely exposing herself, there is a camera in her crotch the moment her car door opens. I am in no way on her side but I don't see any double standard. Maybe the paps just need to let her get out of the car first.

Now if K-Fed wore a skirt and his privates were showing, I think people would be talking more about him wearing the skirt then his lack of underwear

But I have known many of guys that wear those silky looking basketball short and don't wear underwear and you get an eye full when the tie their shoes or prop their leg on your couch.....ewwwww (breathe breathe its just a bad memory)

I guess its your perspective, I don't think she is breaking that law, since she isn't lifting her shirt to expose herself, just stepping out of her car. Now if she needs to be arrested for anything its for child endangerment, how many times was she photographer with her kids riding in her lap as she was driving. If she is going to get arrested, I think it should be for that!

I think that it is her responsibility to get her undies on each morning that she is wearing a mini and going out in public. She has to know that the paps will be there in full-force... just like yesterday and the day before.
