Everyday when I log on to my computer - which is also the computer that both my boys use. One of whom is a Freshman in High School - there are at least 5 new pictures of different girls all with things they have written on their bodies - taken the pics and sent them to my son. Things like my son's name and Sexy or Hot or I want you bad!!!!

I mean at least the pics aren't of them naked or anything like that - but it's really strange to me - and my son always says that when the phone rings in our house - he doesn't talk to stalkers - (Stalkers to him are girls that will call him daily - he gets really annoyed at that!!!

But what really got me going this morning was I do have a program installed that monitors his myspace account as well as most instant messenger programs and when I logged into that program to see the alerts I had - one of them was from a girl telling my son that she and 2 of her friends want to give him and a friend of his a bj!!!!!!!

I was all like WTH!!!!!! That's just plain nasty!!!!! Then as I move further down through the alerts - there are other girls telling him exactly who has had sex with whom!!!!

I have discussed things like this before with my son and he has told me that lots of the girls scare him that they are so aggresive!!! He's not had any sexual contact with anyone - but did say that if a girl he really cared about asked him to do it - he said he probably would!!!! So at that point I told him no way - you are no where near ready for that experience yet!!!!!!

Twenty plus years ago my Mom found a note in my brother's pocket from a girl that said "I want to give you head". My mom had NO IDEA what that meant so she came to me. That is what I was thinking that girls these days must really feel like they have to act crazy in order to get guys to like them - guess they don't realize though that my son is so not into that kinda thing - he does like to get the pics of course with his name all over them - I think that's just a total ego boost for him but as for him reacting to the im's - I can tell you that he will tell most of them that he doesn't care to hear that kinda stuff about other people!!!!

Wow that must have been so shocking to your Mom!!!! And I will bet having to explain that to your mother is definitely something you won't forget!!! And you are right - they really have found other ways of stating things in different terms - although I can easily figure out what they are saying!!!

I personally don't think she wants anyone to see her point of view. I think she is purposely saying hateful things just to get a rise out of people. We need to completely ignore her. She adds no value to any conversation.

I would call that girl's parents and ask them for their email address. I would then forward their daughter's email to them and show them exactly what their child is doing on the Internet. If I couldn't find the phone number, I'd print out the email and trot it down to the school. The school probably won't disclose the phone number but they will notify the parents of the problem. I guarantee you that a call from the school saying that their child is offering to perform sex acts on a minor will get a parent's attention very quickly!

I agree with you and have been out of luck so far in figuring out exactly who this girl is - so I will probably have to ask my son - and if he doesn't tell me then I explain to him how serious this is and he will do what he has done before which is to login to his myspace account with me in front of him and will show me who it is - then I can notify her parents. Of course it will bother my son to have to do this but at least he works with me when we have issues - these days - that's better than him avoiding things - I am glad that he feels like he can talk to me about anything - I wouldn't have it any other way!!!

oh yeah. I'd take that to the parents and tell them if she can't control herself on the computer she doesn't need one! chances are they have no idea what she's on there doing.

Yes I have a great update - yesterday my son showed me who the girl is and I was able to contact her mother and let her know what her daughter has been saying and she was totally shocked by this!!! I also told her about the Imsafer.com program so she can install it on her computer and keep tabs on her!!! She is worried about her daughter now - and thanked me very much for letting her know what was going on!!!! So hopefully she will be able to work with her own child to see if there's anything she can do!!!!
