Is this the guy who advocated not complaining for 30 days or something??? Seems I remember hearing something about that. Then I heard him or someone else say there is "therapy" of sorts in complaining....it can be a stress reliever. What do you do when you get cruddy service somewhere??? I refuse to just bend over and take it, sorry.

But complaining is not always a terrible thing, particularly if you receive bad service or faulty merchandise. I think I read one is to do the program for 21 days. After that, is it ok to complain again?
