Low sugar/ low glycemic food brands??

Our family is starting on a low sugar/ no soda/ low glycemic food change and I was in the grocery store for a long time today reading labels. Does anyone have any favorite brands of foods they buy (and kids eat) on a weekly basis? I started calculating how much sugar we eat in seemingy "normal" foods and it is crazy!

Thanks for any help with products or websites for recipies and brands to buy
