| Yes she is going for a full week during her spring break. I will put deodorant and yes I have been telling her I have to find body wash wipes LOL. Also will pack a few of her favorite non-perishable snacks. She will be flying. Waiting to hear all the great ideas as my brain is frozen right about now.

I would add Chapstick and handcream, or work gloves depending on the type of rebuilding she is doing.....snacks are a good idea, if she has an mp3 player maybe give her a gift card to her favorite site for music to listen while she is working or relaxing. Maybe an air freshener, in case the odors of where she will be staying gets to be too much!

I am in VA, so please note that the weather in March can vary greatly. In March, we can have days of wearing shorts where the temps are going higher and higher. On the same hand, we've had our largest blizzards ever in March. So, I would suggest packing warm items as well as cool items. *What part of VA will she in? I noticed that you said Southwest, but that doesn't tell too much. If you don't want to say online, I completely understand. Just wondering Also, we have been declared a disaster area due to the drought. I would probably consider taking water along as well. If I think of anything else, I will add to the post. ***PS: I think it is wonderful that she is contributing to the community. Thank you

Gojo hand cleaner...the lanolin in it helps remove nasty stuff and you don't need water. Maybe dry shampoo if her hair tends to get oily. If she does not like the dry shampoo idea then bandanas or hats for bad hair days. NICE bath gel for the days she does get to shower. GOOD shampoo & conditioner since she will only washing/conditioning every few days. A good pillow, sleeping in a sleeping bag is not comfortable...you need a good pillow.
