Dance Dance Revolutin questions..

My daughter played the PS version at a friend's house and loves it, but we have no intention of buying a system. Are there any plug and play systems that work? She wants one that knows how well she is doing.. not the ones where the mat is not connected. Are there ones that hook to the PC?

Thanks

I'm sorry I don't know of any off the top of my head. But I have been trying to talk DH in to getting DDR for me. I told him I promise I would do it when he wasn't home and it would be good exercise for me.

He just laughs at me for wanting it.

I remember seeing some plug in games for the TV similar to Dance Dance Revolution at Circuit City last time I was there....might be worth a peek!

We have the Mario Version and we love it....It's fun, and it can really wear you out!

Thumbs up

We just purchased My First Dance Dance Revolution at Target.
It is a mat that plugs into the TV. The songs (20 of them) are old as well as
the graphics. The graphics remind me of the old Atari systems.
BUT, we all have great fun w/it. Honestly, hubby and I feel it is a
great toy for exercise, coordination and taking turns.
We laugh and have fun together. Highly recommended for a beginner.
It was $30 well spent. The best part is that you can roll it up and take
it with you. The twins are 10 and hubby and I are pushing 50.

We did see an American Idol version at Kohls for $17, but didn't like it
because it only had 8 programed songs. The cool thing is that you could
also plug your personal MP3 player in, and dance to your own music as
the pre-programed dances displayed.

Enjoy!

I just saw one on a Clearanced Endcap at Target yesterday. I don't remember the name or price, but yes, you can plug it in to your T.V. It looked very similar to the Dance Revolution Game.

There is also one out that you can have a dancing contest/two people dance at the same time. I saw it on Amazon.com. I am thinking this is going to be our Santa gift for 3 girls this year and have been trying to get a good one too.

Kohls.com has a few options for a plug-n-play system.

If you have a kohls charge or know someone who does, there's the 30% off and free shipping codes that you can find on the LWIF-Internet board. Can't go too wrong for $21.

Games & Electronics - Video Games & Gadgets at Kohls.com

I know nothing about these.....so fwiw...
