Thank you gift help

My BF lost his wallet on a train awhile ago and after numerous phone calls between two train stations we just got the call to where we can pick it up (its a long story that has been ongoing since July) we are going to ask if they have the person's name who turned in the wallet all those months ago and we want to send that person a thank you gift but we need ideas.. so I thought I would ask all of you. Also, we want to do something special for the customer service rep who went out of her way to take care of this for us especially over this weekend. She was in contact with us constantly and said it was unacceptable that we have been getting the run around for months and she basically made it her mission to get this settled for us today so we also want to do something special for her as well. Any suggestions will be appreciated

Maybe a gift card to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts or Target. Glad it worked out and they found the wallet.

For the customer service rep, send a letter to her employer letting them know the steps she took to help you and the manner in which she/he went about it . I'm sure she will appreciate it and the company will be made aware of how great she was representing the company.

As for the person that found it - money is always good.
