It goes both ways so, spinning off from the other thread on how your significant other does in gifting you... How well do YOU do in gifting him/her?

I am know as a great gift giver!! I do love bargains, but if the bargain doesn't fit the person, I am more then willing to spend more to buy something personal and something they will use/love.

Now when it comes to DH, he is easy to buy for. I never ask him what he wants for Christmas, because all year long I make mental notes on things he says he wishes he had or wants to try out.

I listen all year and go from there.Last year,I finally found a slot machine,that I didn;t have to pay a ton of postage on.He had been hinting for that one for many years.Most years it is tools that he wishes he had.This year,I am giving him a gift certificate to have his truck cleaned and detailed.He mentioned a few weeks ago that he is thinking about having it done,because he never has the time.We were shopping tonight,and he mentioned wanting to get speaker stands for the surround sound...I don't know if I can afford both...

Last year I bought him a Bose system, a new crossbow and on his birthday in jan I bought him a 50 inch plasma.
I am not able to out do myself this year........ maybe speaker stands for the bose, and other hunting stuff.
All I know is he better do me good this year...lol
