....by deer hunting.

Our normal pick up is early Wednesday morning. This afternoon, I got home from work and found the garbage still by the road. DH called and was told that pick up is delayed this week by one day due to deer hunting. Hello....it's 2 1/2 days late and counting.

Obviously, I live in red neck territory. No offense intended to anyone who might be offended.

Who takes offense...... I live with a redneck! lol

Sounds like a place my DH would like to live! LOL

Back home we used to have that happen all the time, would drive my parents crazy......they are picky about their trash!

I dont know why they have to sit in the woods in the cold to shoot deers, they just need to follow me around while I am going to see clients. I had to dodge 2 different ones today. one had a huge rack! And just think what he would have done to my little toyota echo if I had hit him and me going around 70???? NOT TO GOOD!

I can't imagine that. Here garbage is picked up every Monday, rain or shine, holiday or not!
