I watch this show too...... I agree the last couple of seasons haven't been the best, but it has gotten better! I pretty much figured who was going to die too! I believe from something that I read, one other person, not a main character is supposed to die too! I felt for Lynette when she came out of the house and saw Mrs. McKlusky's house destroyed.

When they said a Husband would die, I thought it was Lynette's because he was looking pertty bad becuase of the cat. Wait till Carlos finds out that he has no paperwork for the money in the islands, lol... I think he will kill Eadie(sp?) They said they would loose a friend and a husband... or they counting the girl that flew away out of Bree's house the friend? or the Cat? hmmmm, and I have a feeling it will be reruns until next year after the holidays! They did not show next week previews.

SPOILER...do not read any farther if you don't want to know who died. Victor died.....he and Carlos were fighting while the tornado was coming and a piece of a fence pierced his body.

I'm watching! I thought last night's episode was great! Although, I have loved them all, and haven't been disappointed by the last couple of seasons... Not sure yet either who they mean by "a friend" dying. Hoping we don't have to wait too long to see the next episode! |

there are no new episodes at this time because of the writer's strike. the attorney told Edie that he had no other copies of the accounts / any info about the money, so that should be funny to see how that will be handled.

Yep reading some sites, and it appears that last nights episode was the last one taped before the writer's strike.....so who knows when the next show will air.

I dont think Victor was a big shock, I mean really he was booted off the boat 2 times before, I personally think nobody else will be dead, the house leveled didnt show me that the basement was destroyed. I thought it was a exciting episode and I swear I heard this was the season finale.

From everything I read on othe sites....one more person will be dead, but I don't think it will be a main character, just someone who is on everyonce in a while, and supposedly one of the husbands will be paralyzed....Don't know if that is true, but that could be Carlos, who was left unprotected or Tom who was in the basement.... Victor wasn't a shock, everyone knew he was leaving the show, so they had to get rid of him somehow.

Mrs. McKlusky was with Lynette and they both came through fine, Mcklusky was standing behind Lynette was she screamed at first glance of the house....Maybe Ida, she was in the basement sleeping with the rest of the Scova's

that is what i was thinking too. i think she is dead, she landed in someone's window i think, but i would not consider her a friend unless it the DR'S FRIEND...lol The only other thing that i can think of as being a friend is maybe Carlos is dead too when he got hit with the rock in the head.

That was a GREAT episode last night!!! I remember at the beginning it showed Lynette, Susan, Bree and Gabby on the street and by the end of the day one will lose a husband and one will lose a friend. I can't figure who the friend is. Of course, we got the one with Gabby (gosh, that fence thru his chest sure looked real, didn't it?) As for the friend, I'm thinking it's the elderly lady that was in the basement who owned the cat. I don't know. Wonder what they'll do to get the season going again since the set was totally destroyed? I read in TV Guide that they actually destroyed the actual Wisteria Lane. They used huge fans to cause a lot of the wind damage. It showed pictures of it in TV Guide I think it was last week. |

| I'm not familiar with Prenups, but I'm thinking the same thing. I think Victor's death will bring his Dad back into the picture for at least a couple of episodes fighting for his sons money....but since Carlos lost all his, this might be how they continue to live their lifestyle

| According to ABC, there is still one new episode that has been taped, edited, etc, ready to be shown, but ABC is not sure if they're going to run it now or wait until after the writer's strike is over. I would be willing to bet though that they are going to wait until after the strike. As for who died last night, I'm thinking the main character they've been talking about killing off was Tom Scavo and the other character dead is Victor. I took Mary Alice's narration, "In four short hours, one of these women would lose a husband and all of them would lose a friend", to mean one person dying (as in someone who's a husband to one of them, but a friend to all of them).

WOW....I just got to watch the show last night...finally...but it was extremely hard to watch. We just went through a tornado like this back on March 1st, here in Enterprise, AL. The show was so real and brought back painful memories. Just imagine the destruction they showed on that street throughout an entire town. Watching them sit there while the tornado went on outside with the building shaking and all was painful for me. I love the show....but not this episode!!!!

I really liked the episode but I did not think you would get so much warning for a tornado. A tornado went through a small town next to mine just over a year ago and killed 8 people - these poor people had no warning - we were having thunderstorms but no indication of a tornado in the area until they actually heard the tornado coming through -then it was too late.

| Warnings
I love this show and did enjoy last week's episode with the tornado as well. I was interested in some of the comments about the warnings and such. I live in Kentucky and know all too well about the warnings and watches and all. But where I live, no one takes the precautions that they were showing on last week's show. Maybe we all should. But just because they are predicting 'tornado type weather', or put out a tornado watch, you don't see everyone taping up their windows and spending the night in their basements or at neighbor's basements. Usually here, when a tornado WARNING is issued, everyone runs to their basements or the safe parts of their houses. And, although we should already have provisions ready in case of any disaster, most people don't. And I have never seen anyone (I work retail at one of only three groceries in my town) buying water, batteries and flashlights, food and the like, just because there is possible tornadic type weather coming. I'm not putting the show down, cuz I don't live in the smartest of areas and maybe people really do those things in other places. That is what I'm curious about. Do you all do that stuff? |
