HAPPY NEWS!!! Adoption final!!
My good friend has been in the process of adopting a little boy from Guatamala (sp?) and it's finalized and they are heading there on Friday!!! The process was started early fall a year ago so it's been a long time coming! We are all so excited for them. Their son will be home for Christmas! He is 18 months old so it will be so much fun to have him home for Christmas!! Just wanted to share some good news with everyone!

Amazing! Congrats to your friend.

And guess what? My friend from work is also in the final stage and will get her baby from Guatamala this weekend. She is 8 1/2 months pregnant (she found out once they were several months into the adoption process). Her daughter will be one on the 26th I believe and her son is expected by induction on the 27 or 28th. Her husband and his mother fly out Friday also! We are all thrilled for her. They will be super parents. We were just hoping John, her hubby, would be back safely in time for their son's birth...with big sister Claire!

A dr that I work with adopted a little girl and a month later went back for her sister. They are the CUTEST kids in the WORLD!!
