Maybe I am just getting old, but............

..........$100 for a ticket for an eight year old child to see Hannah Montana?
Wearing $30 Hannah Montana t-shirts?
I have a hard time believing that I would have done this for my daughter when she was eight!

I do think it is crazy but I paid almost $70 for a Sun's ticket for my son last year and it was upper deck. As long as people pay, the prices will just keep going up.

100.00$ for a Hannah Montana ticket
30.00$ for a Hannah Montana t-shirt
200.00$ for a Digital Camera

to see your daughter smile ....PRICELESS

I'm sorry, I could not spend that kind of money, but My SIL did that for my niece, but then again she is an only child!

Just poking around on the first page of completed eBay auctions for tickets, I found 3 tickets that sold for $2800. So $100 is cheap!!

It does seem outrageous, but we have paid a lot of money for NHRA tickets for the whole fam, and for football tickets too.....

I just get the whole Hannah Montana thing

Personally me I see no problem with the price or money spent.
I know grown adults that will drop a few hundreds on a football ticket or sporting event. They pay 100+ for nose bleed seats for their fav rock bands. Here for the Alabama Vs Auburn Game some of the seats were in the couple THOUSANDS.

If we had HM coming here and knowing how much my 11 yo loves her I would pay this probably more if I was able too. It's the memories thats priceless. I took her when she was 7 years old to see Princess On Ice and even made a Princess Dress with glass beads, Pearls, Ribbons the whole nine yards with the dress and stuff to fix it up I spent nearly 150.00 on that alone., People was stopping her taking pictures and asking her if she was in the show. (She looked Like a little Princess that night. For me, her, My Mom and my son we paid nearly 200.00 for the seats. But till this day she still talks about her dress and the show. So to me it was worth every penny paid. I guess anyone would pay it if they could afford it, after all we ALL blow countless amount of money of Junk each year, I know I do

I think that is way too much $$$$
I paid $112 for two Pearl Jam tickets last year! Now flying to Chicago and 3 days 2 nights at the House of Blues to go see them cost me lots of $$$$$$ but was very much worth it!

I guess I don't think its outrageous.

I only have a son and he isn't into Hannah Montana, but he does loves football. We go normally at least once a year to pro game....tickets cost around $500 for the three of us. To me its worth it, these are the kind of things my son will remember when he is older.

$100 isn't that much now a days...I am sure to some it is. But if it is then they shouldn't be taking their kids to Hannah Montana concerts. It's a luxury, nothing your kids need....but if you can afford it, I say go for it.
